Joël Descan

Coming from a family of winegrowers, Joël grew up among the vines and the sun-drenched garrigue.

In love with his native land and a great wine enthusiast, it was only natural that he decided to become a winemaker, to produce a wine that reflects him:

Simple, authentic, and bold.

“I’ve always worked in the vineyards, but I wanted to open myself up to methods that suit me better:

those of Organic Agriculture, which fully embraces the rhythm of nature and adapts to it rather than trying to constrain it.”

He thus chose sustainable farming, respectful of the vine and the environment. “No fuss!”

Joël works in a small team with his son Paul, Romain, and a “colle” (a group of friends or a small informal team) for the harvest.
