Domaine Matane is located in the commune of Claret, not far from the peak of the famous Pic Saint-Loup.

Its vineyard spans 7.30 hectares, including 5.90 hectares of red grape varieties.

Joël Descan, from a family of winemakers stretching back generations and passionate about this land, took over the estate in 2019.

His philosophy?

To let nature take its course and intervene as little as possible so as not to rush it, in order to produce an authentic wine reflecting its terroir.

The Domaine currently produces 6 wines from varied grape varieties:

4 reds and 2 whites, blended with passion and patience.
